Two identical villas Casa Alicia & Casa Helena, sleeping a maximum of 6 persons, although they are furnished slightly differently, both with 2 bedrooms, 1 twin & 1 double and sofa bed in the lounge, well equipped kitchen including large fridge freezer, lounge diner, shower room, outside dining terrace & roof solarium.

2 Bed Garden Apartment
A beautiful apartment sleeping a maximum of 5 persons with views on to our lovely garden, with 2 bedrooms, 1 twin & 1 double, a Z bed can be added, well equipped kitchen, lounge diner, full bathroom with shower over the bath & outside dining terrace.

1 Bed Garden Apartment
Popular apartment sleeping a maximum of 3 persons, again with views to our lovely garden, with 1 large double bedroom containing double bed & sofa bed, well equipped kitchen, shower room & outside dining terrace.

All are equipped with Sat T.V. microwave & washing machine.

Outside Areas
Large patio area, swimming pool with attached children’s pool, gas & charcoal barbecues, stone dining tables, sunbed's etc, set in 13000 sq. metre of gardens planted with oranges, lemons, olives & figs, lovely ornamental garden pond and gazebo for relaxing in the shade.

Set in peaceful and serene surroundings with panoramic views in all directions, near the typical Spanish villages of Turre & Mojacar but only 5 mins by car to the beaches of Mojacar and the fishing port of Garrucha.
